Miniclip.com is looking for a Level Designer and tester to do an Internship in our Oeiras Games Development Studio, please apply only if you have the right to work in the Portugal. DUTIES As the Level designer and tester of mobile games you will be responsible for creating and designing levels of world-class games for the iPhone. You will work with the team to define the creative vision and fun factor, as well as testing levels giving your feedback. You will work closely with the other members of the development team to execute and improve the ongoing design and the improving of games. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Create and design levels for new and existing games • Liaise with other level designers by testing their levels and providing them with feedback • Work with our games development teal to make sure that our games meet the quality standard needed to be released • Scheduling timely quality assurance • Test all our new releases and updates and oversee outsourced testing teams • Create bug reports for all issues found • Create a list of primary test cases per each game we lunch or update • Ad-hoc tasks related to game tasting and level design SKILLS & EXPERIENCE We’re looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoys working in team with other people and is passionate and dedicated about his/her work. The ideal candidate will be strongly skilled in the following: • Fluent in English • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Be a GAMES enthusiast / aficionado • Experience in level design • Have game play knowledge • Use your initiative and be creative • Self motivated, with good organisational skills and close attention to detail The following skills are desirable but not essential: • Fluent in Portuguese CONTACTS Please send your CV in English to ---@--- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION You will be working in our fashionable, open plan Studio in Oeiras with enthusiasts and professionals from the games industry.
