1. Context of the mission The Customer department Identity and Access Management program serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions. Within this program there are multiple work streams that: - Ensure that the existing processes and tools are well maintained A new - architecture adapted to current and future needs is developed and - implemented Ensure that these architectures are successfully deployed - in the organization Guarantee the respect of asset information security and ensure correct implementation of the security model. The mission of the IAM Asset Security Consultant is to: Defining and promoting the Asset Modeling (AM) frameworks for coordinating and planning a service oriented approach: - Taking ownership about the AM process and keeping it updated/improved. - Ensuring that the necessary AM procedures exist, are communicated and used by the team as well by the security community - Defining AM guidelines and rules that enables Information Security Policies compliancy - Provide support for AM activities to the Business Security Offices - provides advice on IAM architecture implementation - adapts IAM architectures based on new Business, Compliance and Operational requirements - provide guidance, training and support to the Business Security Offices and Asset responsible in the implementation and operation of the security model; - assist and advice the Asset responsible and developers in defining logical & technical permission management inside the Customer assets (applications, packages, systems, file shares, …). - Control a validate Business request to change security on assets according the Information Security Policy The IAM Asset Security Consultant will have no direct people management responsibilities. 3. Period mission Start Date : ASAP Duration : 6 months renewable 4. Language requirement Sound knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch. (second language has to be English) 5. Localisation of the job Brussels; 6. Required knowledge and experience Required level and content of education University graduate. Personal skills Mandatory: - Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, resilient; - Good Communication and Influencing skills; - Good analytical and synthesis skills; - Autonomy, commitment and perseverance in personal organization; - Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment; - Strictness in project follow-up; Preferable: Business experience required Mandatory: 5 years experience in an IT environment Preferable: Professional experience in Financial Services Technical experience required Mandatory: + 1-2 years experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control) Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks Excellent + experience with MS Excel, MS Access tool and SQL requests Preferable: + expertise in MS Active Directory, WebSphere, Mainframe, Unix Functional experience required Mandatory: Functional Analysis background You should send the e-mail to: ---@--- with a Ref.
