Randstad Technologies, a Human Resources company specialized on Recruitment, Outsourcing and Training on IT and Telecommunications, is currently recruiting a Optical HW Eng.
Our client is a Multinational Company with relevant international projects taking place in Portugal, namely on research and development of Telecommunication solutions
Measure optical communication links
Define optical communication transmit and receiver architectures
Define optical component specifications
Define new optical communication standards
Characterize optical components and transceivers

Profile:
• Bachelor or Degree in Engineering (or similar);
• Professional Experience: at least 2 to 5 years.
• Optoelectronic components: PIN, APD, laser semiconductor, Wavelength Selective Switch (WSS), AWG, Optical Switch
• Optical amplifiers EDFA/ Raman
• Modulation formats: RZ, NRZ, DPSK, CP-QPSK
• Skills in developing Fiber Optic
• Basic knowledge of DWDM
