Our Client is a Multinational Company with relevant international web projects, that are looking for a business analyst (m/f) that will work with key business customers, stakeholders, external technology partners and all groups within the Technology organisation to define, evolve and support software and system components. The Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities: • Accountable for the timely availability and accuracy of requirements for development projects, ensuring the engineering teams can develop software as efficiently as possible; • Consistently applies significant knowledge of Agile/Lean methods to development specifications using prioritized, verifiable user stories; • Maintains the written 'source of truth': documented user stories recording the agreed requirements of all product owners and stakeholders to enable traceability and re-use; • Contributes to the creation of business cases for potential projects and the roadmap planning of committed development work; • Performs change management through product and sprint backlogs as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; • Keeps Technology management, Programme and Product Management well informed of the status of development requirements and scope; • Serves as liaison between development staff and key stakeholders; • Communicates and enforces requirements specification standards. Profile: • Degree in Information Technology areas; • Knowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation and specification; • Understanding and active participation in systems and solutions design; • Experience with working with structured project lifecycles; • Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices; • Delivers engaging, informative, high-impact presentations; • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion; • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully; • Manages stakeholder interaction and expectations regarding development scope and specification; • Develops lasting relationships with stakeholders and key personnel across the business; • Communicates effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative functional solutions; • Seeks feedback from stakeholders in a cycle of continuous process improvement.
